Please be advised that the latest version of Operating Procedures for HKTR-RPT - User Manual for Participants has been released on HKTR Info Page website. This version mainly includes two changes on supporting Chrome web browser for access to the HKTR system: (1) introduction of a new splash screen and (2) the change of built-in buttons for file selection.
The enhancement will be implemented in the HKTR testing and production environments on 14 Feb 2022 and 09 April 2022 respectively. Participants who plan to migrate from Internet Explorer to Chrome are encouraged to fully test and rehearse the usage under the HKTR testing environment on or after 14 Feb 2022. Participants are also recommended to conduct the migration in a progressive way with parallel run approach on or after 09 April 2022 and do a full migration after rational period of parallel run period.
