Please take note that Microsoft announced the Internet Explorer (IE) 11 desktop application is scheduled to be permanently disabled through a Microsoft Edge update on certain versions of Windows 10 on 14 February 2023.
To avoid any incompatibility issues after IE 11 is de-supported and safeguard the users’ normal operational use of the HKTR system, participants who are currently using IE 11 as their sole internet connection for accessing to the user interface are reminded to migrate to other supported browsers as stated in the
Updated List of Client Software for HKTR.
