HKTR is established by the HKMA. It is a centralised registry that maintains an electronic database of records of OTC derivatives transactions. Our objective is to provide a safe, efficient and reliable system for market participants to meet the statutory reporting requirements, and is capable of supporting the future development of OTC Derivatives Regulatory Regime.
