HKTR System Enhancement for SWIFT WebAccess

With reference to the circular 2019/219B issued by the HKICL dated 9 July 2019, enhancement of the HKTR system will be launched on 17 February 2020 to tie in with the introduction of the new SWIFT WebAccess solution. TR Members who plan to access HKTR system via the SWIFT WebAccess service are reminded to observe the enclosed schedule of major activities and prepared for the simulation test and the connectivity test. In general, TR Members should make contingency plan on migration process to avoid disruption to their reporting operations.
 
During the preparation of user setup and execution of the connectivity test, users can contact the SWIFT and HKICL for any queries and/or problems encountered. The following table summarizes the various hotlines that are available to users:
