Reporting via Agent
The HKTR supports indirect reporting of TR Members via an agent.
Nominations of agent must be made by TR Member in writing to the HKTR in accordance with the procedures set out in the
Reporting Service Reference Manual. A nominated agent has to provide certain operational information to the HKTR and agree to comply with the agency terms applicable to it. An agent must also meet the relevant technical, logistical and documentation requirements of the HKTR. Prior to the commencement of reporting via a nominated agent, the TR Member must conduct and complete testing with the agent to ensure that the relevant logistical and technological arrangements for reporting are fully functional.
The HKTR publishes the
list of Agents reporting on behalf of TR Members.
