Update of Technical Note on HKTR System Enhancement for SWIFT WebAccess

Further to the technical note published with the circular 2019/219B issued by the HKICL dated 9 July 2019, the updated version of Technical Note on HKTR System Enhancement for SWIFT WebAccess has been released on HKTR Info Page website. This version includes a functional change of a button on System Message Screen mentioned in Section 2.9.7.
