During the regular outage period, the HKTR-Reporting Portal’s User Interface (UI) and enquiry functions are not available.
Apart from the UI, straight-through processing (STP) interfaces like FileAct via SWIFTNet and FTS via ICLNet are also established to facilitate data submission and capturing. Likewise, these STP interfaces are subject to regular outage.
While TR Members will not be able to upload files through the UI functions via the Internet or SWIFT WebAccess during the Monday-to-Saturday outage windows, TR Members can continue to upload files through FileAct via SWIFTNet or FTS via ICLNet as the files will be
QUEUED in the system and will be automatically captured for processing once system resumes operation.
During the Sunday outage window, file submissions through FTS via ICLNet will be available, with files be
QUEUED in the system. However, FileAct via SWIFTNet is not available on Sundays, and TR Members will
NOT be able to upload submission files during this period.
Members are recommended to visit the HKTR Infopage regularly for the latest announcement on HKTR system availability and updates on
additional outage windows for specific submission channels. In contrast of queueing submitted files in the system during regular outage periods, participants will get
rejections from the system. Therefore, participants are strongly advised
NOT to send in any files when the relevant submission channel becomes unavailable.
